Necromancer Caught on Security Cam

The evil wizard known as William the Necromancer was captured by a home security camera in Waters End on Wednesday evening. William is well-known to the students and faculty of Waters End Academy. He is a practitioner of black magic, specifically the magic of raising the dead.

William was last seen in the area last year at Halloween. His reappearance coincides with sightings of Vampires in and around the parks of Waters End after dark. William is known to travel with one or more Vampires whose blood he drinks to extend his life.

If you encounter William, beware. He is capable of mesmerizing mortals and making them do his bidding or giving them to his undead friends to feed upon.
